Stage 19 of the Giro d’Italia was cut short by 100km on Friday due to heavy rain but could not resist passing Euromac.
Around 4:00 p.m. at high speed the runners passed the roundabout in front of Euromac’s headquarters cycling towards Casale Monferrato and ending shortly after stage 19 in the town of Asti.
The peloton started after a slight delay, only to come to a halt 8km later because of worsening weather. The riders had been loaded onto their team buses to be transferred to the new start in Abbiategrasso. The revised 124.5km stage re-started at 2:30 p.m. local time.
On the photo taken outside of Euromac the cyclists are passing Euromac’s heardquarters and the recently added new production and office part on the left side of Euromac in which the new halls are already functional and the offices are situated are currently work in progress shortly to be finished.
